“Crafting Queen” necklace

Before Lindsay left, she gave me a present. The pendant was gift from her mom, Cindawg, who initially thought the quote on the reverse side fit Lindsay very well (it does, her me and most everyone we know). She thought the “crafting queen” side fit me.

Forged Ox Bow box chain
Small oval linked chain
Silver fish scale linked chain
Three 3mm jump rings
Bead Landing silver lobster claw clasp
Jewelry pliers
“Crafting Queen” pendant

This was a relatively simple piece to put together. I’ve had the box chain for a while and have been wanting to use it in a project. It was slightly too short to make a proper necklace on its own, so I dug the fish scale chain and the small oval links chain out of a grab bag of stuff in my jewelry supplies. I used the pliers and the jump rings to connect the chains on one side and the small silver lobster claw clasp on the other.

All in all, it took less than twenty minutes to complete this piece and it could not look more gorgeous. Every component compliments the others beautifully. I love projects like this one!
