Happy Mother’s Day: “The Boy Who Lived” Pendant

This year, I’m going to be spending Mother’s Day cross stitching and watching Mommie Dearest on the big screen at the Music Box Theatre. My cousin, Kassi, is going to be spending it with my Aunt Patty and, months ago, she commissioned Potter-related gifts for the big day.

1/16″ letter stamp kit
Lightning bolt metal stamp
Jewelry anvil
Jewelry pliers
7mm aluminum jump ring
2mm leather cord (approx. 20″)
Hammer
Scissors

When I got the lightning bolt stamp, my first thought was about all the Thor, Flash and Potter-related jewelry I would be able to make (so the use of the lightning bolt was a no-brainer). Kass was the one who came up with the idea for “the boy who lived” caption.
