Favorite Yuletide Videos: “All I Want For Christmas is You,” Olive Olson
I actually missed out Love, Actually’s initial run in theaters. Looking back, I’m not sure why — I was still an anglophile in 2003; it’s a movie starring Alan Rickman, Colin Firth and Emma Thompson; British comedy romance set at Christmas time… I don’t know. I am very glad I know about it now. If nothing else, seeing national treasures like Martin Freeman and Olive Olson in relatively small roles makes this film a true gem.
Also, this song is perfect. No one will ever convince me otherwise.
